SW Tech Advisory Board
Launched by Tech South West but with an independent role, the SW Tech Advisory Board helps to influence and guide the strategic direction of the technology sector in the South West of England.
The group represents the breadth of the tech ecosystem including business, investment, research and development and academia.
The launch of the group, which is coordinated by Tech South West, comes at a pivotal time for the South West tech sector, as the Government confirms plans in the Autumn Budget to “capitalise” the National Wealth Fund to back growth industries such as gigafactories, ports and green hydrogen.
The board’s primary purpose is to foster an environment that promotes innovation, growth, and collaboration within the South West's tech sector.
We are looking to boost the membership of the South West of England Technology Sector Advisory Group.
Under represented specialisms include healthtech, life sciences and marinetech. And we are always keen to ensure we have founders alongside support organisations.
