2nd Line IT Support

Opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer for a leading Bristol based IT Managed Service Provider.

Mon – Fri 0900 – 1730, plus a late shift every 3 weeks of 1330pm – 10pm- which can be worked remotely.
Looking at appoint ASAP

Providing 2nd line IT Support direct from clients, as well as escalations from the 1st line teams, via phone and email through ticketing systems.

As a Helpdesk Engineer you must have strong customer service and relationship building skills, with at least 4 years IT Support experience, ideally within an IT MSP setting.

You will need demonstrable working experience of supporting and maintaining: Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Migrations, Office 365, Citrix, Veeam back up and VMware

Driving Licence required – You will need to go to client site as required.
